NEXXTはDONGHYUN LEEとCHAEWON KIMの2人によるプロダクションデュオである。2人の出会いは韓国の音楽系学校に進学する為に通っていた音楽塾で、DONGHYUNが中学3年生、CHAEWONが中学2年生の時。その後、DONGHYUNはロックバンドのボーカリストを目指しプロダクションのオーディションを受け見事に合格。練習生としての日々を過ごす。
CHAEWONは高校、大学と音楽科に通い作曲の勉強を続ける。
2021年、DONGHYUNからCHAEWONに声を掛け、2人で楽曲の制作を始める。
主にDONGHYUNがトラックを作りCHAEWONがトップラインを担当している。
K-POPを得意とするが、ROCKやJAZZなどお互い刺激を受けてきた音楽の要素をミックスし幅広い音楽性を持つ。「NEXXT」（ネクスト）には留まらず常に次へと跳躍して行きたいという2人の思いが込められている。

DONGHYUN LEE（イー ドンヒョン ）

東京在住。
練習生を経てデビューを目前にして、クリエイターへ転向。
現在は日本を拠点とし韓国や日本のアーティストに向けて音楽制作を続けている。

CHAEWON KIM（キム チェウォン）
Songwriter & Singer
ソウル在住。
音楽科の大学に通いながら韓国や日本のアーティストへの楽曲制作をしている。クラシックピアニストである母の影響を受け、幼い頃からピアノを習い高校生の時に初めて作曲をする。現在大学でも作曲を専攻しており、映画音楽など様々なジャンルの音楽を学んでいる。

NEXXT
NEXXT is the production duo formed by Donghyun Lee and Chaewon Kim. When they were still junior high school students in South Korea, they met at a tutoring school while studying for entrance to music school. Subsequently, Donghyun passed an audition as the vocalist of a rock band and along with the band spent time as a trainee while waiting for their debut. Chaewon continued to study music composition throughout high school and college. In 2021, Donghyun reached out to Chaewon and they started to produce music together. Donghyun mainly creating tracks while Chaewon writes the toplines. Their strong point is K-POP, but with their varied musical influences including rock and jazz, they cover a wide range of musical styles. “NEXXT” presents their desire to keep charging ahead and never staying in one place.

DONGHYUN LEE

After time as a vocalist with an aspiring rock band, Donghyun left the group prior to their debut and shifted his focus to be a creator. He is currently based in Tokyo, Japan creating music for Korean and Japanese artists.

CHAEWON KIM
Songwriter & Singer
Chaewon was influenced by her mother, a classical pianist, and from a young age studied piano and composed for the first time while still in high school. Based in Seoul, she is creating music for Korean and Japanese artists while attending music college where she majors in composition learning various genres including movie scores.
